Description

This No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake combines the deliciously tangy flavor of orange with the creamy richness of cheesecake, all without needing to turn on your oven. The result is a refreshing, sweet dessert that brings the taste of summer to your table.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp gelatin (unflavored)
  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to set.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine gelatin and cold water. Let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold this whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Heat the orange juice in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  6. Stir the orange juice mixture and orange zest into the cream cheese and whipped cream mixture.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan and spread it evenly. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  8. Once set, remove from the springform pan and slice to serve.

Notes

  • For a different crust, substitute graham cracker crumbs with crushed vanilla wafer cookies or digestive biscuits.
  • If fresh oranges aren’t available, replace the orange juice and zest with orange extract for a stronger flavor.
  • Top with fresh whipped cream, orange slices, or chocolate sauce for added indulgence.
  • This cheesecake can be frozen. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and foil before freezing.
  • To make this recipe gluten-free, use a gluten-free graham cracker crust.
