Description

Ingredients

  1. 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  2. 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  3. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  4. 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  5. 1 cup powdered sugar
  6. 8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
  7. 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  8. ¾ cup heavy cream

Instructions

Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until combined. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill while preparing filling.

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until incorporated.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Spread peanut butter filling evenly into chilled Oreo crust. Return to refrigerator.
  4. Heat heavy cream until hot but not boiling. Pour over chocolate chips, let sit 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
  5. Pour chocolate ganache over filling, spreading evenly.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
