Description

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups granulated sugar
  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  7. 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  8. 3 cups quick-cooking oats

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper and set aside.

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cocoa powder, butter, milk, and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Once at a full rolling boil, let it boil for 60 seconds without stirring.

  4. Add oats and stir until fully combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Let cookies set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate to speed up the process.
