4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Prepare the Chicken:
    Carefully cut a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally but not all the way through. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
