Instructions

- Melt Chocolate and Butter: Combine the chopped unsweetened baking chocolate and 1 cup of unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on low power in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until fully melted and smooth. Allow to cool slightly while stirring occasionally.
- Mix Brownie Batter: In a large bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until combined. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture while stirring.
