Ingredients
- Mint chip ice cream
 - 1 ½ cups dark or semisweet chocolate chips
 - 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil
 - Optional toppings: crushed nuts, sprinkles, or extra chocolate drizzle

Instructions
- Prepare the Tray – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place it in the freezer.
 - Scoop the Ice Cream – Form small balls of mint chip ice cream and place them on the chilled baking sheet. Freeze for at least 1 hour until firm.
 - Melt the Chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
 - Coat the Ice Cream – Using a fork or skewer, dip each frozen ice cream ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring an even coating. Let the excess chocolate drip off.
 - Set the Bon Bons – Place the coated bon bons back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Add toppings if desired.
 - Final Freeze – Freeze again for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate shell is fully set.
 - Enjoy or Store – Serve immediately or store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes
- Work in batches to keep the ice cream from melting while dipping.
 - Add more coconut oil if the chocolate is too thick.
 - Let the bon bons sit for a minute before eating for the best texture.
