Ingredients
- 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, toss diced mangoes with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Spread evenly in the baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the cubed butter and cut it into the mixture using a pastry cutter or your fingers until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the mango layer.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the mango filling is bubbling.
- Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.
