Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup sweet corn (optional)
1/4 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chopped vegetables (red bell pepper, cucumber, green onions, carrots, corn, and broccoli) and stir until evenly distributed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables like celery, carrots, and cucumber.
Notes
- Add or substitute with other vegetables like cherry tomatoes, red onions, or peas for more variety.
- To make it spicy, add diced jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Swap sour cream and mayonnaise for Greek yogurt for a healthier, tangier version.
- Crumbled bacon adds a savory crunch.
- Experiment with other seasoning blends, like garlic powder, onion powder, or Italian seasoning, for a different flavor.
