Description

Lemonade Cooler Popsicles are refreshing, tangy frozen treats made with fresh lemonade, perfect for cooling down on hot days. These popsicles combine bright citrus flavors with a hint of sweetness for a crisp and satisfying snack.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups fresh lemonade (homemade or store-bought)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
    1 teaspoon lemon zest
Optional: fresh mint leaves or lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine lemonade, honey or maple syrup, and lemon zest. Stir until well mixed.

  1. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top.
  2. Add fresh mint leaves or lemon slices into each mold if desired.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.
  4. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out.

Notes

  1. Use sparkling lemonade or add sparkling water for fizz.
  2. Add a splash of fresh fruit juice like raspberry or strawberry.
  3. Mix in chopped fresh fruit pieces for texture.
  4. Use agave syrup or sugar instead of honey for sweetening.
  5. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt to enhance flavors.
