Description
Lemonade Cooler Popsicles are refreshing, tangy frozen treats made with fresh lemonade, perfect for cooling down on hot days. These popsicles combine bright citrus flavors with a hint of sweetness for a crisp and satisfying snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh lemonade (homemade or store-bought)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Optional: fresh mint leaves or lemon slices for garnish 
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine lemonade, honey or maple syrup, and lemon zest. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top.
 - Add fresh mint leaves or lemon slices into each mold if desired.
 - Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.
 - To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out.
 
Notes
- Use sparkling lemonade or add sparkling water for fizz.
 - Add a splash of fresh fruit juice like raspberry or strawberry.
 - Mix in chopped fresh fruit pieces for texture.
 - Use agave syrup or sugar instead of honey for sweetening.
 - Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt to enhance flavors.
