Description

A refreshing and creamy no-bake Lemon Lasagna dessert featuring layers of zesty lemon pudding, smooth cream cheese mixture, and a buttery Oreo crust. Perfectly chilled and garnished with lemon slices, this dessert is ideal for gatherings and warm days.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 (14.3-ounce) package Lemon Oreos (or Golden Oreos; about 36 cookies)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Filling

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 (16-ounce) tub whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream) (divided)
  • 2 (3.4-ounce) boxes lemon instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk

Garnish

  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Crush Oreos in a food processor until very fine crumbs form. Transfer the crumbs to a large resealable plastic bag, add melted butter, and shake well until fully combined.
  2. Form the crust layer: Press the buttered Oreo crumbs firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish, ensuring the entire bottom is evenly covered.
  3. Make the cream cheese layer: In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to blend powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, softened butter, and half of the whipped topping until smooth and well combined. Pour this mixture evenly over the Oreo crust layer.
  4. Prepare the pudding layer: In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon instant pudding mix and milk until the pudding thickens. Pour this pudding layer over the cream cheese mixture in the dish. Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes to set slightly.
  5. Add the topping and chill: Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer. Refrigerate the assembled dessert for at least 1 hour to allow layers to set and flavors to meld.
  6. Garnish and serve: Just before serving, decorate the top with fresh lemon slices for a beautiful and zesty finishing touch.

Notes

  • For a lighter whipped topping, you can substitute with homemade whipped cream.
  • Use Golden Oreos if Lemon Oreos are unavailable; this will slightly alter the flavor but keep the texture.
  • Ensure the cream cheese and butter are softened to make blending easier and smoother.
  • This dessert is best served chilled and consumed within 2-3 days for optimal freshness.
  • Can be made a day ahead to allow flavors to fully develop.
