Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice

- 2 oz white rum
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs (for garnish and optional blending)
- Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk, lime zest, whipped cream
Instructions
- (Optional) Rim the glass: Dip rims in lime juice, then coat with graham cracker crumbs for a pie-like crust effect.
- In a blender, combine cream of coconut, pineapple juice, lime juice, cream cheese, rum, ice, and optional vanilla or sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
