Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets

2 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Prepare the cauliflower: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain well and set aside. You can also pat the cauliflower dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
