Description

Juicy Fast Burgers are quick, flavorful, and easy-to-make homemade burgers that deliver a deliciously juicy bite every time. Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (preferably 80% lean)

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

4 burger buns

Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard


Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.

  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form each portion into a patty. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

  • Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (medium-well).

  • Toast the burger buns for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.

  • Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the toasted buns, adding your desired toppings.
