Ingredients
Lavender Cold Foam
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tbsp lavender syrup
- 1-2 drops purple food coloring (optional)
Matcha Mixture
- 2 tsp pure matcha powder
- 3 tbsp hot water
Main Drink
- 1 ½ cups oat milk
- 3 tbsp vanilla syrup
- Ice, as needed
Instructions
- Make the lavender cold foam: In a small jar or container, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, lavender syrup, and purple food coloring if using. Use a milk frother to froth the mixture for 10 to 20 seconds until it’s well combined and creamy. Set aside to use as a topping.
- Prepare the matcha: Heat the water in a microwave-safe jar or glass until boiling (about 30-45 seconds). Sift the matcha powder into the hot water to remove clumps, then whisk vigorously until smooth and slightly foamy. Set aside.
