Description

Ingredients

  • 1216 ice cream sandwiches (classic vanilla with chocolate wafers)
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge or chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
  • 1/3 cup crushed cookies, toffee bits, or mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: sprinkles or other decorations

Instructions

  1. Unwrap the ice cream sandwiches and arrange a single layer in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Trim sandwiches if necessary to fit.
  2. Spread half of the whipped topping evenly over the sandwiches.
  3. Drizzle with hot fudge and caramel sauce, if using.
  4. Add a second layer of ice cream sandwiches on top.
  5. Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the top.
  6. Sprinkle with crushed cookies, mini chips, or other toppings of your choice.
