Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 3 tablespoons honey
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
 - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
 - Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the skin is crispy.
 - Flip the salmon fillets over and pour the honey garlic sauce over them.
 - Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
 - Remove the skillet from the oven, and let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes.
 - Serve the salmon with the honey garlic sauce spooned over the top.

Notes
- For added flavor, you can serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
 - If you prefer a spicier glaze, add red pepper flakes or sriracha sauce to the honey garlic mixture.
 - You can grill the salmon instead of baking it for a smoky flavor.
