Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tbsp honey
 - 1 ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
 - 2 cloves garlic (minced)
 - ½ tsp salt
 - ¼ tsp black pepper
 - ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven – Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Prepare the Brussels Sprouts – Trim the ends, remove any yellow leaves, and slice them in half.
 - Season & Roast – Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic. Spread them cut-side down on the baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
 - Make the Glaze – In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
 - Coat & Serve – Drizzle the balsamic honey glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes
- For extra crispiness, roast at high heat and avoid overcrowding the pan.
 - For an air fryer version, cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
 - Maple syrup can be substituted for honey for a slightly different sweetness.
