Ingredients

  1. 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  1. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet, cut side down.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until sprouts are tender and caramelized.
  4. While the sprouts roast, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard if using.
