Ingredients
Shortbread Cookie

Instructions

- Shape the Cookies: Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll it into a rectangular shape. Cut the dough into four even vertical columns and then slice horizontally into 1/2 inch strips to form rectangles. Use a fork to prick each cookie three to four times to ensure even baking.
