Healthy Frozen Yogurt Bars are a refreshing, easy-to-make treat that layers creamy yogurt with fruit, nuts, and a touch of sweetness. These frozen snacks are perfect for warm weather and offer a guilt-free alternative to ice cream.
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/4 cup chopped nuts or granola
Optional: 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or coconut flakes 
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
 - Pour the yogurt mixture into the lined dish and spread evenly.
 - Sprinkle mixed berries, chopped nuts or granola, and any optional toppings over the yogurt.
 - Gently press toppings into the yogurt so they stick.
 - Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until fully set.
 - Remove from the freezer, let sit for a few minutes, then slice into bars and serve.

- Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
 - Add nut butter swirls before freezing for extra richness.
 - Layer with granola for a crunchy bottom crust.
