- 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled and split lengthwise

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
Peel and slice the bananas lengthwise; place on a serving plate or bowl.

 - Scatter mixed berries evenly over the yogurt and bananas.
