Ingredients
- Chow mein noodles (or crispy noodles)
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate if preferred)
- Peanut butter (creamy or chunky, depending on preference)
- Butterscotch chips (optional, but adds extra sweetness)
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Stir every 20-30 seconds to ensure smooth melting.
- Once melted, add the chow mein noodles to the mixture, stirring until all noodles are coated.
- For added sweetness, melt the butterscotch chips with the chocolate and peanut butter if using.
- Spoon spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or parchment paper, forming small mounds.
- Allow the cookies to set at room temperature for 1–2 hours or place in the fridge to speed up the process.
