Ingredients

Instructions
In a pitcher, combine grapefruit juice, chopped mint leaves, honey or agave syrup, and lemon or lime juice. Stir well to mix.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To unmold, run warm water over the molds briefly and gently pull out the popsicles.
