Description

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups fresh grapefruit juice (about 2-3 grapefruits)
    1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
    Water as needed to adjust consistency

Instructions

In a pitcher, combine grapefruit juice, chopped mint leaves, honey or agave syrup, and lemon or lime juice. Stir well to mix.

  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  4. To unmold, run warm water over the molds briefly and gently pull out the popsicles.
