Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
 - 3/4 cup warm water
 - 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for brushing)
 - 1 tsp sugar
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 1/2 tbsp dried rosemary)
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Activate the Yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
 - Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add the yeast mixture and olive oil, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
 - Knead the Dough: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
 - First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour or until doubled in size.
 - Shape the Muffins: Punch down the dough and divide it evenly into a greased muffin tin. Gently press down each portion to fit the tin.
 - Add Toppings: Drizzle olive oil over the dough portions, then sprinkle minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and a pinch of flaky sea salt on top. Optionally, add grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
 - Second Rise: Let the muffins rest for another 20 minutes while preheating the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Bake: Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
 - Cool & Serve: Let the muffins cool slightly before removing them from the tin. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
- Cheese Lovers: Add shredded mozzarella or cheddar into the dough for a cheesy twist.
 - Spicy Kick: Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top for a bit of heat.
 - Herb Medley: Swap rosemary for thyme or oregano for a different herbal profile.
 - Whole Wheat Option: Use half whole wheat flour for a slightly denser but healthier version.
 - Stuffed Muffins: Press a small cube of cheese into the center of each dough ball before baking for a gooey surprise.
