Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
 - ¼ cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
 - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 2 green onions, sliced
 - 1 tsp sesame seeds
 - Fresh cilantro, for garnish
 - Lime wedges, for serving
 
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Make the Glaze: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
 - Coat the Cod: Place cod fillets on the baking sheet and brush the glaze generously over them.
 - Bake: Cook for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
 - Garnish & Serve: Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
