Description

Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce is the ultimate comfort food, combining smoky spice-rubbed chicken, creamy garlic sauce, and chewy ramen noodles. Perfect for spice lovers, this quick and customizable recipe will transform your dinner routine. Ideal for busy weeknights or when you crave a flavorful gourmet meal at home.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs or breasts
  • Ramen noodles
  • Chicken broth
  • Heavy cream
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Soy sauce
  • Chili powder
  • Paprika
  • Sesame oil
  • Green onions
  • Chili oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fiery Chicken: Season chicken with a rub of chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and charred. Slice the chicken into thin strips.

  • Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, simmer for a couple of minutes until thickened, then set aside.

  • Cook the Ramen Noodles: Boil water and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Prepare the Spicy Broth: Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce, then bring to a simmer. Add a splash of heavy cream, taste, and adjust seasoning as desired.

  • Assemble the Ramen Bowl: Divide cooked ramen noodles into bowls. Pour spicy broth over noodles, top with fiery chicken, and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with green onions and a drizzle of chili oil.

Notes

  • Adjust Spice Level: Reduce or increase chili powder and chili oil to your preferred heat level.
  • Protein Swap: Tofu, shrimp, or beef can be substituted for chicken.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat by adding a splash of chicken broth to refresh noodles.
