Ingredients
For the Pumpkin Cream Mixture
- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar (divided)
 - 1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
 - 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

For the Assembly
- 2 cups brewed coffee (cooled)
 - 2 packages dry ladyfingers (savoiardi)
 - Whipped cream (for topping)
 - Cocoa powder (for dusting)
 - Optional garnishes: shaved chocolate, candied ginger

Instructions
- Prepare the Coffee: Brew 2 cups of coffee and set aside to cool. Add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to the coffee and whisk until fully dissolved.
 - Pumpkin Cream Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, light brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar until combined. Add mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed until soft peaks form, being careful not to overbeat.
 - Assemble the Tiramisu: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee—do not soak them. Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a 4-quart trifle dish or individual serving glasses. Spread a layer of the pumpkin cream mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat layering ladyfingers and pumpkin cream 5 more times, finishing with a layer of pumpkin cream on top.
 - Chill: Cover the assembled tiramisu and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for best flavor and texture.
 - Top and Serve: Before serving, top with whipped cream, dust with cocoa powder, and optionally garnish with shaved chocolate and candied ginger.

Notes

 - For best results, prepare the dessert the day before serving to allow flavors to meld.
 - Use soft cream cheese to ensure a smooth cream mixture.
 - You can adjust the sweetness by modifying the amount of sugar added.
 - Optional garnishes add texture and enhance presentation.
