Description

EASY Protein Chocolates are a rich, no-bake treat made with wholesome ingredients and a protein boost. Perfect for post-workout recovery, healthy snacking, or a guilt-free dessert, these chocolates are quick to make and endlessly customizable.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or dried fruit

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix protein powder and cocoa powder until combined.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt nut butter and coconut oil together until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Add a splash of milk or water if needed.
  5. Spoon mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin liners.
  6. Add optional toppings and press gently.
  7. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  8. Remove from molds and store in the fridge or freezer.

Notes

  • Use plant-based protein powder and maple syrup for a vegan version.
  • Replace nut butter with sunflower seed butter or tahini for a nut-free option.
  • Store chocolates chilled to maintain firmness.
