Description

This Easy Oreo Fluff recipe is a creamy, delicious no-bake dessert combining vanilla pudding, cream cheese, crushed Oreo cookies, mini marshmallows, and whipped topping. It’s perfect for parties or a quick treat, offering a sweet and fluffy texture that Oreo fans will love.

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs (3.4 oz each) vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 brick (8 oz) cream cheese, softened to room temperature

Add-ins

  • 1 pkg (1 pound) Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding mixture: In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to combine the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Mix until the pudding is fully dissolved and smooth.
  2. Add cream cheese: Add the softened cream cheese to the pudding mixture and continue mixing on medium speed until the cream cheese is completely incorporated and the mixture is smooth. Set this mixture aside.
  3. Crush Oreo cookies: Place the Oreo cookies in a large storage bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into small pieces. Reserve about ½ cup of the crushed cookies to use later as a garnish.
  4. Combine cookies and marshmallows: Stir the crushed Oreo cookies and mini marshmallows into the pudding and cream cheese mixture until everything is fully combined.
  5. Fold in whipped topping: Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the mixture to preserve the fluffiness, ensuring it is evenly distributed without deflating the mixture.
  6. Serve and garnish: Transfer the fluff into a serving bowl and sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreo cookies on top as garnish. Chill if desired before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure cream cheese is fully softened to ensure a smooth mixture without lumps.
  • You can substitute mini marshmallows with regular marshmallows cut into small pieces if needed.
  • This dessert can be prepared a few hours ahead and refrigerated to allow flavors to meld.
  • For a richer flavor, use half-and-half instead of milk, but keep in mind calories will increase.
  • Use a large enough mixing bowl to avoid splattering while mixing with an electric mixer.
