Description
Oreo Dessert Cups are individual-sized treats made with layers of crushed Oreos, a creamy filling, and topped with whipped cream. These no-bake cups are perfect for parties, casual gatherings, or a simple indulgence.
Ingredients
- 1 package (14 oz) Oreos (about 24 cookies), crushed
 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1 cup powdered sugar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 2 cups heavy whipping cream
 - ½ cup powdered sugar (for the whipped cream)
 - Extra crushed Oreos for garnish
 - Chocolate syrup or mini chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreos in a large Ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin or use a food processor to get fine crumbs. Set aside.
- Prepare the cream filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
 - Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream and ½ cup powdered sugar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
 - Combine the cream filling: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
 - Assemble the cups: In individual dessert cups or mason jars, layer the crushed Oreos at the bottom, followed by a generous layer of the cream filling. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of the cream filling on top.
 - Chill the dessert: Refrigerate the Oreo Dessert Cups for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the layers to set.
 - Garnish and serve: Just before serving, garnish the top with extra crushed Oreos, chocolate syrup, or mini chocolate chips for added texture and flavor. Serve chilled.

Notes
- You can make these ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
 - For a dairy-free version, substitute with dairy-free cream cheese, non-dairy whipped topping, and dairy-free cookies.
 - If you don’t have whipped cream, you can use store-bought whipped cream, but whipping it fresh will give a richer texture.
 - To prevent soggy Oreos, don’t soak them—just layer them and allow them to soften slightly in the fridge.
