Ingredients

- 1 cup pancake mix
- 2/3 cup milk

Instructions
Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, and egg until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo into the batter, coating it fully.
- Carefully drop the coated Oreos into the hot oil, frying 3–4 at a time.
- Fry for 2–3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
