Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Mini marshmallows (optional, for topping)
- Chopped peanuts or peanut butter chips (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla; mix until incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight, until firm.
- Before serving, garnish with mini marshmallows, chopped peanuts, or peanut butter chips if desired.
