Ingredients
- 8 slices crusty bread (such as ciabatta or baguette)
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions
Toast or grill the bread slices lightly if desired.
