Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup melted butter or oil
- ¼ cup milk or yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas and avocado in a bowl until smooth.
- Add wet ingredients (eggs, vanilla, sugar, and melted butter) and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just mixed (avoid overmixing).
- Pour batter into the greased loaf pan and spread evenly.
