Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
 - 2 tbsp cocoa powder
 - 2 tbsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar substitute)
 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
 - 1-2 tbsp milk (optional, for thinner consistency)
 - Dark chocolate chips or shavings (optional, for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth.
 - Add cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined.
 - If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk and blend again.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
 - Transfer to serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
 - Garnish with dark chocolate shavings or your favorite toppings before serving.
