Description

Corn casserole is a creamy, cheesy, and comforting side dish that’s perfect for holidays, potlucks, and family dinners. Made with cornbread mix, sour cream, butter, and cheese, this easy-to-make dish is always a crowd-pleaser. Customize it with jalapeños, , or different cheeses for a unique twist!


Ingredients

  • 1 can of corn, drained
  • 1 can of cream-style corn
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • ½ stick butter, melted
  • Cheddar cheese (as much as desired)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine drained corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, cornbread mix, melted butter, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle extra cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
