Ingredients
- 1 can of corn, drained
 - 1 can of cream-style corn
 - 8 oz sour cream
 - 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
 - ½ stick butter, melted
 - Cheddar cheese (as much as desired)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - In a large bowl, combine drained corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, cornbread mix, melted butter, and cheddar cheese.
 - Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
 - Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
 - Remove from the oven and sprinkle extra cheddar cheese on top.
 - Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
