Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Stir until fully combined. The dough will be sticky.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.
- Roll each dough ball in powdered sugar, coating it generously.
- Place the coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cookies have spread and are lightly golden around the edges.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
