Ingredients

- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Stir until well blended; dough will be sticky.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
- Coat each ball thoroughly in powdered sugar.
- Place on prepared baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and tops are crackled.
- Cool on baking sheet for 2–3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
