Description

Cookie Monster Fudge is a delightful and easy no-bake treat featuring creamy white chocolate fudge swirled with vibrant blue frosting, topped with crumbled Oreos and chocolate chip cookies for extra texture and flavor. Perfect for a fun, indulgent snack or dessert that requires just a few simple ingredients and minimal prep time.

Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 container Blue Frosting

Toppings

  • ½ cup Oreos (crumbled)
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chip Cookies (crumbled)
  • ½ cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Melt the White Chocolate and Butter: Add the butter to the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 45-second intervals, stirring after each burst until the mixture is smooth. If needed, you can melt the mixture gently on the stovetop over medium heat, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  2. Warm the Blue Frosting: Place the container of blue frosting in the microwave for one minute to make it more fluid and easy to mix.
  3. Combine Frosting with Melted Chocolate: Stir the warmed blue frosting into the melted white chocolate mixture until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Prepare the Dish: Line a casserole dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking and pour in the melted chocolate and frosting mixture. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Add the Toppings: Sprinkle the crumbled Oreos, crumbled chocolate chip cookies, and additional white chocolate chips evenly over the top of the fudge mixture.
  6. Chill to Set: Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least two hours until the fudge has solidified.
  7. Slice and Serve: Remove the fudge from the dish by lifting the parchment paper, then cut into even squares.
  8. Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy this fun, colorful, and delicious Cookie Monster-themed treat!

Notes

  • You can substitute any blue frosting with your preferred color to customize the fudge.
  • Use parchment paper to make removing and slicing the fudge easier.
  • If you prefer a smoother fudge texture, chop cookies finely before adding.
  • Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
