Ingredients
Fudge Base
- 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 container Blue Frosting
Toppings
- ½ cup Oreos (crumbled)
- ½ cup Chocolate Chip Cookies (crumbled)
- ½ cup White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Melt the White Chocolate and Butter: Add the butter to the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 45-second intervals, stirring after each burst until the mixture is smooth. If needed, you can melt the mixture gently on the stovetop over medium heat, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
- Warm the Blue Frosting: Place the container of blue frosting in the microwave for one minute to make it more fluid and easy to mix.
- Combine Frosting with Melted Chocolate: Stir the warmed blue frosting into the melted white chocolate mixture until fully combined and smooth.
- Prepare the Dish: Line a casserole dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking and pour in the melted chocolate and frosting mixture. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Add the Toppings: Sprinkle the crumbled Oreos, crumbled chocolate chip cookies, and additional white chocolate chips evenly over the top of the fudge mixture.
- Chill to Set: Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least two hours until the fudge has solidified.
- Slice and Serve: Remove the fudge from the dish by lifting the parchment paper, then cut into even squares.
- Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy this fun, colorful, and delicious Cookie Monster-themed treat!
