Description
Cookie Dough Croissants are a delicious, easy-to-make dessert combining flaky croissants with gooey cookie dough filling. These sweet treats are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a fun dessert.
Ingredients
- Refrigerated croissant dough (one can, typically 8 croissants)
 - Cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
 - Butter (melted)
 - Cinnamon sugar (optional, for dusting)
 - Powdered sugar (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. If using store-bought dough, separate it into individual triangles as per the package instructions.
 - Place a small spoonful of cookie dough at the wider end of each croissant triangle. Don’t overstuff, as the dough will spread when baking.
 - Starting from the wider end, roll the croissant up towards the tip, encasing the cookie dough inside.
 - Brush the tops of each croissant with melted butter. Optionally, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top for an extra touch of flavor.
 - Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown and the cookie dough is fully cooked inside.
 - Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. For an extra touch, drizzle with powdered sugar before serving.
 - Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
- Store leftover croissants in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
 - These croissants can be frozen for up to 1 month. Thaw and reheat before serving.
 - For a richer flavor, try filling with Nutella, jam, or cream cheese instead of cookie dough.
 - Don’t overstuff the croissants to prevent cookie dough from spilling out.
