Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) ensuring it reaches the right temperature for even baking.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until just combined and slightly fluffy, avoiding overbeating to maintain texture.
- Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract thoroughly to incorporate moisture and flavor.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients until a uniform dough forms.
