Description

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are rich, creamy, and irresistibly delicious treats that combine the classic flavors of chocolate and peanut butter. These no-bake bars are perfect for a quick dessert or a satisfying snack.


Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed digestive biscuits
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 cup creamy peanut butter
    1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tablespoon peanut butter (for topping)

Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar.
  2. Add peanut butter and melted butter; mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  1. Use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture.
  2. Substitute chocolate chips with dark or milk chocolate.
