Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are rich, creamy, and irresistibly delicious treats that combine the classic flavors of chocolate and peanut butter. These no-bake bars are perfect for a quick dessert or a satisfying snack.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed digestive biscuits
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon peanut butter (for topping) 
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar.
 - Add peanut butter and melted butter; mix until well combined.
 - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
 - Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
 - Cut into bars and serve.
 
Notes
- Use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture.
 - Substitute chocolate chips with dark or milk chocolate.
 - Add chopped nuts or sea salt on top before chilling.
 - Use almond or cashew butter instead of peanut butter.
 - Drizzle white chocolate over the bars for decoration.
