Ingredients

1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup melted butter

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping

2 packages (3.9 oz each) chocolate instant pudding mix

3 cups cold milk

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.

  • Fold in the whipped topping until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, or until thickened.

  • Pour the pudding layer over the cream cheese mixture and spread it evenly.

  • Top with the remaining whipped topping and garnish with chocolate chips if desired.

  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the dessert to set and chill before serving.
