Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips or chunks
1/2 cup dried banana chips, roughly chopped
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
Pinch of sea salt (optional) 
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
 - Stir in chopped dried banana chips, nuts, and shredded coconut if using.
 - Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly to desired thickness.
 - Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired.
 - Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
 - Break into pieces and serve.
