Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon capers, chopped (optional)

Instructions
