Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, celery, red onion, grapes (if using), and nuts (if using).

  1. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
