Description

Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps are a delicious and convenient way to enjoy the classic flavors of Caesar salad in a handheld form. Made with tender chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla, this easy meal is perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup croutons, crushed
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Black pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons. Toss well.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the mixture in the center.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

  • For a healthier twist, use whole wheat tortillas.
