Description

A quick and satisfying meal combining tender chicken, crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for easy eating.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
4 flour tortillas
1/2 cup croutons (optional, for extra crunch)
Black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  2. If using croutons, add them to the mixture for extra texture.
  3. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  4. Spoon a portion of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Slice the wrap in half if desired and serve immediately.
