Description
This Chicken Bhuna recipe is a rich and flavorful Indian curry where tender chicken pieces are simmered in a thick, spiced sauce. Using the traditional bhuna technique—where spices are fried to enhance their aroma—this dish is bold, aromatic, and deeply satisfying. It’s a healthier curry without cream, perfect with rice or naan for an easy, authentic Indian dinner at home.
