Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta

  • Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Chicken

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

3️⃣ Cook the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and slice into strips.

4️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce

  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

5️⃣ Combine Everything

  • Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat everything evenly.

6️⃣ Garnish & Serve

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve hot and enjoy!
